Customers must raise any damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product claim within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete and clear box-opening video is mandatory for any damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product claim.

No return, refund, or replacement request will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellation

Order cancellation is allowed only before the order is processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped.

Once an order is processed, packed, dispatched, shipped, customized, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
